I founded BODES in 2018, after many years in design and architecture where I kept seeing the same thing: a strong idea on paper, and what survives of it on site, are often two different stories. I care about not letting that happen again.
That's why at BODES we make decisions together as a team, while I take personal responsibility for the concept and final result of every project.
Team
One team — from the first sketch to the finished space
No freelancers, no handing the project off between people. The architect, visualizer, engineer, and project manager all work in-house, on your project in parallel, in one file. That's why the drawings never contradict the visuals, and the specification never contradicts the drawings.

How we work
The project moves step by step: concept, layout, visualization, working drawings and specification. You approve each step before the next one starts; until a step is closed, you can go back to it free of charge.
The whole team is in-house, no freelancers. Whoever starts your project finishes it. To make the build match the visualization, the specification lists part numbers and colours, and we check progress through photos and videos from site.
Where we are
Our offices are in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv and Kharkiv. Online, we work worldwide. We go on site ourselves in Poland, Cyprus and Ukraine (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi) for measuring and design supervision.
