Who processes your data

The website bodesstudio.com belongs to BODES® STUDIO. For any question about how your data is handled, and to exercise the rights listed below, write to design@bodesstudio.com. We reply within 30 days.

What data we receive

What you tell us yourself. The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, the city and country of the property, and a description of the task. That is all the form contains — we ask for no email, no address, no documents. If the conversation continues by messenger or email, we also receive whatever you write there.

What is collected automatically. When you open the site, the server and the protection service see technical data: IP address, device and browser type, language, the date and time of the request, and the page requested. These are ordinary web server logs — without them the site can neither run nor defend itself against attacks.

We do not collect special categories of data — health, origin, beliefs and the like. Please do not put them in the task description.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — on your request and as a step prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To run the project and perform the contract, if you become a client — the same basis.
• To keep the site working and secure, investigate failures and repel attacks — our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• To understand which sections people read — only with your consent, given in the cookie banner, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to advertising networks or data brokers.

Who we share it with

Only those without whom the site and our contact with you would not work:

• GoDaddy — website hosting.
• Cloudflare — site delivery and attack protection; the form submission also passes through this service.
• Telegram — the enquiry reaches our team as a Telegram message. Please note that the content of your enquiry ends up in a messenger.

Each of them processes the data on our instructions and under its own terms. Anyone else — only where the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential. Your answer in the cookie banner is stored in your browser so we do not ask again. A temporary cache of the site content is kept there too, so pages open faster. This data stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

Analytics. These run only after your consent and show which sections are being read. Declining changes nothing on the site — everything keeps working. What is actually stored in your browser today is always spelled out in the cookie banner at the bottom of the page.

You can withdraw consent by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that led nowhere — up to 12 months. Project correspondence and documents — for the life of the contract and then for as long as the law and limitation periods require. Server logs — briefly, usually up to a few weeks; that period is set by the hosting and protection services.

Transfers outside the EEA

We work in 48 countries and the services listed above are international, so data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism provided for by the GDPR.

Your rights

You have the right to: obtain a copy of your data; correct what is inaccurate; ask for erasure; restrict processing; receive your data in a portable form; object to processing based on legitimate interest; and withdraw consent. An email to design@bodesstudio.com is enough — you do not have to explain why.

If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Children

This site is addressed to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If such data has reached us, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the text and the date beneath it. Material changes will be announced separately on the site.
