Interior Design in Warsaw: Apartments, Houses and Offices
BODES® STUDIO has an office in Warsaw. We measure and supervise ourselves, work with local contractors and come to meetings. The project itself — layouts, visualizations, drawings and specification — is run remotely, like the other 1,172+ projects we have done in 48 countries. We work in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
How the project works in Warsaw
- Measuring. We come to the property and measure it ourselves. All we need from you is access.
- Layout. Two or three options. We rework them until they fit — up to three rounds of changes are included in the price.
- Visualization of every room. You see the decisions before the renovation starts.
- Working drawings and specification. Electrics, plumbing, ceilings, tile layouts, furniture and lighting with part numbers, so a Polish crew can build without guessing.
- Design supervision. We visit the site and check the work against the drawings.
You approve each step before the next one starts. Until a step is closed, you can go back to it free of charge.
How much an interior design project costs in Warsaw
- Basic project — from €35 per m², 4–7 weeks: measuring, layouts, a visualization of every room.
- Full project — from €50 per m², 6–10 weeks: the same plus working drawings and a specification with part numbers.
- Turnkey — from €80 per m²: the full project plus support during the build.
An 80 m² apartment comes to about €2,800 for the basic project and €4,000 for the full one. We confirm the exact figure once we see the layout. You can check your own area in the calculator.

Will you come to the property? Yes. In Poland we do measuring and design supervision ourselves, and we come to meetings too.
Do you work with Polish contractors? Yes, we work with local contractors and can recommend them. It is not a condition: any crew can build from the drawing set, and we answer their questions about the project ourselves.
Will the furniture in the specification be available? We choose what is sold in Poland. If an item is out of stock, we find an alternative that keeps what you approved in the visualization.
Can I start with the layout only? Yes. You see how the home will work first, then decide whether to continue.
