Interior Design in Kyiv: Apartments and Houses
BODES® STUDIO has an office and its own team in Kyiv: we measure your apartment or house ourselves and come to site for design supervision. The project itself — layouts, visualizations, drawings and specification — is run remotely, like the other 1,172+ projects we have done in 48 countries. You do not need to come to meetings: you approve decisions through a link and in chat.
How the project works in Kyiv
- Measuring. We come to the property in Kyiv and measure it ourselves. All we need from you is access.
- Layout. Two or three furniture layouts. We rework them until they fit — up to three rounds of changes are included in the price.
- Visualization of every room. You see what the home will look like before the first bag of plaster is bought.
- Working drawings and specification. Electrics, plumbing, ceilings, tile layouts, furniture and lighting with part numbers. Any crew can build from this set without guessing.
- Design supervision. In Kyiv, with site visits; elsewhere, through photos and videos from site.
You approve each step before the next one starts. Until a step is closed, you can go back to it free of charge.
How much an interior design project costs in Kyiv
For Ukraine we price in US dollars, by area:
- Basic project — from $35 per m², 4–7 weeks: measuring, layouts, a visualization of every room.
- Full project — from $50 per m², 6–10 weeks: the same plus working drawings and a specification with part numbers.
- Turnkey — from $80 per m²: the full project plus support during the build.
An 80 m² apartment comes to about $2,800 for the basic project and $4,000 for the full one. We confirm the exact figure once we see the layout. You can check your own area in the calculator.

Frequently asked
Do I need to come to the office? No. Discussions, approvals and handover happen online. We come to you — for measuring and supervision.
Can I build with my own crew? Yes. The drawing set is a working document that any crew can build from. We answer your crew's questions about the project ourselves, at no extra charge.
Can I start with the layout only? Yes. Many clients do: they see how the home will work first, then decide whether to continue with visualizations and drawings.
Do you design houses? Yes. Our Kyiv projects include houses from 98 to 873 m². Architecture for a new house is priced separately; interiors use the same rates per m².
