What it looks like on your end

Five steps, and we do almost all of the work — not you.

A Call With Us

You show us the property — the developer's floor plan, photos, a video from your phone. We discuss how much work your project actually needs. We walk you through what happens in what order, and all the finer points of the process.

The Brief

You fill out a questionnaire — about your lifestyle, habits, tastes, furniture budget. This is the one part where we need you. The more detail you give us, the fewer revisions later.

Layouts

We send 2–3 options for how your space could work. We walk through them on a call, you pick one and adjust it to fit. At this stage, changing anything is easy — it's still just lines on a screen.

Visualization

We put together the main option based on the chosen layout — every room, not just a couple of nice angles. Then three rounds of revisions: you look, tell us what's not yours, we change it. We don't move on until you say yes.

Drawings and Specification

We put together what people actually build from. Every item from the visualization gets a product code and a link — you can work out the renovation budget before it even starts.

From there, it's your choice: take the album and hand it to any crew — or stay on for supervision, and we run the build. All communication happens over video calls and a shared chat.

What design supervision includes

What we do while construction is underway

We advise the foreman, crew, and contractors on the project
We review weekly photos and video from the site
Every Monday — a work plan and contractor schedule; every Friday — a progress report
We check that completed work matches the design project
We make corrections and clarifications to the drawings and budget
We approve paint samples and material swatches
We manage documentation for material and furniture purchases
We keep a shared chat for you, the contractors, and our team

Your presence on site isn't required — that's the whole point. The plan includes the first 2 months of construction supervision. If construction runs longer, it's €1,500 a month after that. How many months you'll actually need, the manager estimates before you sign, not partway through the work.
