Apartment Interior Design Project, 82 m², Kyiv

Interior design project for an 82 m² apartment in Kyiv: a kitchen-living room, a bathroom in beige stone, a dressing room with open shelves. The kitchen runs to the ceiling. Appliances went behind the fronts, and no handles are left. Splashback and niche are lined with thin slats. The light sits under the upper cabinets, so no ceiling fitting is needed above the worktop. A flexible light line bends over the table. The back of the sofa repeats the kitchen slats, so both zones read as one volume. In the dressing room light runs along the rail and under the drawers. The child's room is built around a bunk bed. Both levels sit inside an arched frame with an oak edge, and each has its own light. Opposite is a pegboard wall: shelves move without a drill, and the desk sits below. The breakfast bar is lit from underneath and reads as separate from the kitchen. In the bedroom the bedside shelf floats with no supports, next to a lit niche. In the bathroom a vessel basin sits on a black counter, with a black tap.
