Real estate agency office interior design project in Warsaw, 67 m²: a glazed meeting room, work places, a coffee point in a recess. The meeting room is closed by glass in a black frame, so daylight passes through while the talk inside stays in. Its walls are clad in timber to full height. The reception desk combines a black marble slab with an oak top, and the stone stands on edge like a screen. Light comes from a cove in the ceiling recess and a linear pendant over the desk. There are no ceiling lamps. One orange chair is the only colour.

Rooms: meeting room, lounge, kitchen, home office, bathroom.
