House Architectural Design Project, 180 m², Greece
Concept designMaster plan · 3D model · Schematic design
Architectural design project for a 180 m² house in Greece: two storeys on a tight plot, a roof terrace, parking under a canopy. The plot is hemmed in by neighbours, so the house opens upward. The roof was made usable and the planting moved up there. The stair volume is clad in corten. The other planes stay white. The first floor balcony is screened with dark slats. A light line runs under its slab. On the top terrace a pergola of black beams gives shade without closing the sky.
Rooms: exterior, entrance hall, terrace.
