House Architectural Design Project, 270 m², Almaty

Architectural design project for a 270 m² house in Almaty: two storeys, a double-height living room window, a carport for two. A timber pergola runs over the glazing, so the sun falls on it in stripes. No awnings or outside blinds were needed. White render alternates with dark panels and the volumes step back from one another. The balcony is closed by a frameless glass balustrade. The carport is a separate slab on steel trusses. Its soffit is timber with the lighting built into it.
