Restaurant interior design project in Valencia, 284 m²: a double-height hall, a bar at the back, seating around trees. The ceiling is the light fitting here. Cut layers spread out in a wave and the light hides between them. Nothing on the plane reads as a lamp. Columns are finished in coarse stone chip against a seamless poured floor. Zones are set apart by round planters, not partitions. The planter rim doubles as a bench. The back wall is glass block, so daylight reaches the far tables.
