House Architectural Design Project, 211 m², Valencia
Concept designMaster plan · 3D model · Schematic design
Architectural design project for a 211 m² house in Valencia: two storeys, an upper terrace, a pool in front of the house. The top slab is tilted and filled with fins. The fins stand at an angle, so the sun stays off the terrace while the view from it stays open. The first floor slab reaches forward and works as a canopy over the glazing. The ground level slides open to the garden along the full width of the living room. The terrace balustrade is glass with no posts. The house is white throughout.
Rooms: pool, exterior.
