House Architectural Design Project, 110 m², Kyiv

Architectural design project for a 110 m² house in Kyiv: a single storey, a hipped roof with a deep overhang, a carport for two. The roof reaches far past the walls, so the living room glazing does not overheat in summer. The soffits are timber and the roof is dark. The walls are white with rough stone on the corners and piers. The carport posts are faced in the same stone. The carport continues the roof slope, so nothing stands separately in the yard. The entrance rises on stone steps.
