Townhouse Architectural Design Project, 113 m², Belgium

Architectural design project for a 113 m² townhouse in Belgium: three units under one roof, each with its own entrance and plot. The units step along the facade, so neighbouring windows do not face one another. The pitched roof is dark and carries skylights. The upper floor takes its light from above. The walls are rendered in two tones. A dark plinth closes them below. The roller shutters sit in boxes above the openings. On the garden side every unit gets a terrace, then lawn up to the fence.
