Architectural design project for a 194 m² townhouse in Luxembourg: units of two and three levels, roof terraces, cantilevered balconies. The top level is set back, so its roof works as a terrace instead of an attic. The balustrade there is glass. Planting runs along its edge. The balconies rest on the slab with no posts and keep white railings. The facade runs in two tones, pale and graphite. The windows vary in format. A narrow horizontal band runs under the roof.
