House Architectural Design Project, 270 m², Bournemouth

Architectural design project for a 270 m² house in Bournemouth: two storeys, a pool in the garden, a covered terrace under the upper level. Towards the street the house is closed. A concrete wall stands in front, and above it the blank white plane of the first floor. No windows face the road at all. Towards the garden the ground floor opens in sliding glazing along its whole length. The upper floor overhangs the terrace on slim columns, so no canopy was needed.
