One team — from the first sketch to the finished home
No freelancers and no handing the project from one person to another. The architect, visualiser, draughtsman and manager work in the studio and run your project in parallel, in one file. That's why the drawings don't contradict the renders, and the specification doesn't contradict the drawings.

Who does the measuring?
In Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi — our team: we come and measure ourselves, all we need from you is access. In other cities we work from the developer's measurements or recommend a trusted surveyor near the property.
Do you visit the site during the renovation?
On the Turnkey plan — yes, in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi: we check the work against the drawings on site. In other cities supervision is online.
Do you have your own builders?
There are crews we have already completed projects with in Ukraine, and we recommend them. But it's not a condition: the design album is a working document, and any crew can build from it.
How much does an interior design project cost?
From $35/m² for the Basic project, from $50 for the Full one and from $80 for Turnkey. For a 60 m² apartment that's from $2,100. The price is fixed in the contract before we start.
